SLC Afternoon

Since Landon, Tanner and Josh are on Spring break, we decided to take a family outing to the big city and see the sights. Josh is in Southern Utah for the week, so it was just us four today. We first went to the Clark Planetarium to check out all of the hands-on exhibits.

Landon took care of the 2 News at Noon Fresh Air Forecast while we were there.

Then Tanner and Landon did some Moon-walking...

while Mom attacked Dad on the moon!

Then we rode the elephant-sized elevator...

up to see the IMAX Hubble 3-D movie, which was neat-o-rama!

Photobucket

We kicked around The Gateway a bit...where Dad just seemed to find trouble...

"What's THIS Junk?! Where's your iFrogz Ear Pollution?!!"

Then we went through the Church History Museum...

Photobucket

where we got to try out some rustic bunkbeds!

Next we explored Temple Square, where we were quickly accosted by those awesome Mormon Missionaries!

After that we rode the Trax Train in the "fare-free zone" - which was good for more "interesting" people-watching.

Finally we ended the evening with dinner at
The Old Spaghetti Factory!

"Mmmmmm - Mizithra!!"
